Items can be sorted on column, and you can change the order of items as well.
You can change order of items when they are sorted by "Original Order". Choose "Sort By Original Order" from the "View" menu (or click the column header of the original order column in Item List).
When the items are sorted by other attributes, you cannot change the order.
